At Paradigm Neurodiversity, we're a team of passionate professionals and trainee counsellors dedicated to providing neuro-affirming support. Our team combines professional expertise with lived experience. Many of us are neurodivergent, and some are also parents and carers of neurodivergent children. This shared understanding enables us to provide compassionate, authentic support that is grounded in empathy, respect, and understanding. Together, we are committed to helping children, young people, adults, parents, carers, and professionals find acceptance, belonging, connection, and the opportunity to flourish.
Chantelle is the Founder of Paradigm Neurodiversity and a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor currently completing a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Counselling. She is registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), a qualified National Autism Trainer, and an Autism Clinical Specialist.
With over a decade of experience supporting neurodivergent children, young people, adults, and families, Chantelle has worked across education, health, social care, and the voluntary sector. Her career includes roles within Norfolk County Council Children's Services, the NHS as a Transforming Care Navigator, educational settings as a Pastoral Lead and Wellbeing Practitioner, and as a Specialist Mentor supporting neurodivergent university students through the Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA). She also works as a Specialist Neurodivergent Therapist at Betterhelp and is a BUPA-recognised psychotherapist using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Chantelle is an active member of the Norfolk Autism Partnership Board Oversight Group, contributing to the Norfolk All-Age Autism Plan.
As an AuDHDer and parent of neurodivergent children, Chantelle understands both the professional and personal realities of navigating neurodivergence. After her own family received little guidance following diagnosis, she became passionate about ensuring others never feel they have to "figure it out" alone.
Through Paradigm Neurodiversity, Chantelle is committed to helping neurodivergent children, adults, parents, carers, and professionals experience acceptance, belonging, connection, and the opportunity to flourish.

Our student counsellors are completing professional counselling qualifications and undertake their clinical placements with Paradigm Neurodiversity. Every counsellor receives regular clinical supervision and works within the ethical framework of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), providing compassionate, neuro-affirming support.
Alongside their external clinical supervision, our counsellors receive individual case supervision and regular reflective practice sessions with Chantelle, creating a supportive learning environment that promotes professional growth, confidence, and the highest standards of care for the individuals and families we support.
