CPD Training for SENCOs

• To promote a balanced narrative about neurodiversity by seeing your neurodivergent students as their authentic selves, through a neuro-affirming lens.
• To enhance your existing understanding of the needs of your neurodivergent students.
• To gain a more in-depth understanding of the importance of modelling collaborative, relational and person-centred values.

We have designed our training to make a positive impact on pupils' and teachers' mental health by embracing differences and reinforcing strengths. We aim for this to improve attendance and lead to school acceptance.

All our training courses are accredited by Open-CPD who will provide you with a digital badge to display. You will receive 7 credits for this training course.
